Based on the active participation and valuable opinions of experts, elders, and residents, we will create a future-oriented Jongno together.”
Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Mayor Kim Tae-woo) appointed 35 members of the 2022 Resident Jury Panel at the district office on the 13th and officially began its operation.

This Resident Jury Panel was randomly selected considering age, gender, and region among Gangseo-gu residents aged 18 and over.
At the first meeting held that day, about 40 people including Mayor Kim Tae-woo and the jury members attended the appointment ceremony and received education on the Manifesto Movement.
On the 20th, there will be explanations and Q&A sessions regarding agenda items from the departments responsible for pledge projects, and on the 27th, a final approval decision on the adjustment agenda submitted by the district will be made through a full vote.
Mayor Kim Tae-woo said, “Today’s Resident Jury Panel meeting was prepared to have residents directly inspect the pledges and implementation plans promised to the citizens while working hard to solve current issues since taking office. I hope you will carefully check the pledges and frankly convey any matters needing improvement or supplementation to greatly help the development of district administration.”
