53 Households Post-Sale... 84㎡ Priced Between 1.3 Billion and 1.4 Billion KRW
[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] HDC Hyundai Development Company and SK Ecoplant are offering for sale 'Mapo The Classy,' the only reconstruction complex (Ahyeon 2 District) in Ahyeon New Town, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
According to the resident recruitment announcement posted on the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription website on the 9th, Mapo The Classy consists of 17 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with a total of 1,419 households (exclusive area 32~84㎡). Among them, 53 units with exclusive areas of 59~84㎡ are available for general sale.
The sale price for the 59㎡ units ranges from 1,022 million to 1,050 million KRW, and for the 84㎡ units, from 1,334 million to 1,431 million KRW. As it is a post-sale complex, residents can move in immediately after paying the intermediate and final payments following the contract. The final payment can be made within the move-in period. The resale restriction period is 8 years.
The complex is accessible via Subway Line 2's Ewha Womans University Station and Ahyeon Station, and Line 5's Aeogae Station. It also has good access to Gangbyeonbuk-ro and Olympic-daero. Within a 500m radius is Ahyeon Market, and within 1 km are Ahyeon-dong Community Center, Mapo Police Station, Seoul Western District Court and Prosecutor's Office, and cinemas.

The subscription schedule starts with the first priority for the local area on the 19th, followed by the first priority for other areas on the 20th, and the second priority on the 21st.
