It consists of 9 buildings, from 4 basement floors to 24 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84 m², totaling 840 households.
On the same day, 'Dosimyeok Hanyang Sujain Riverpine' in Wabu-eup, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, will also accept first-priority subscriptions. It consists of 12 buildings, from 2 basement floors to 22 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 84 m², and 485 out of 908 households will be sold to the general public.
Additionally, on the 13th, 'Brownstone Yeowol' in Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, on the 15th, the newlywed hope town 'Seongnam Bokjeong' in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and on the 16th, the public sale 'Seongnam Bokjeong' in Bokjeong-dong, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, will offer general sales at three locations within Gyeonggi-do.
Winner announcements will be made at 15 locations, and official contracts will be conducted at 4 locations.
