[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Andaz Seoul Gangnam announced on the 9th that it will offer a 'Festive Weekend Brunch' where guests can enjoy various brunch dishes to celebrate the year-end festive season. Throughout December, brunch will be served with a festive concept for gatherings with family and friends.
Guests can experience a variety of foods in sections ranging from appetizers, main dishes, to desserts. Distinctive dishes are prepared at the Seafood Grill, Meat & Co Steak House, and Bites & Wine stations. Starting with a glass of champagne, focaccia bread as an appetizer, and fresh seafood ice balls are served at the table. At the Seafood Grill station, authentic Mediterranean dishes such as shell crab, grilled octopus, and rice balls can be enjoyed. The Meat & Co Steak House station offers American-style meat dishes including beef tenderloin, lamb, and beef tartare. At the Bites & Wine station, guests can enjoy a carving station with smoked salmon, cheese, various olives, salads, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. There is also a carving trolley service where hotel chefs move around the tables to carve and serve steaks directly to guests, along with a trolley service offering desserts, pastries, and non-alcoholic cocktails available right at the table.
The Festive Weekend Brunch is available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) in December, with the first session from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM and the second session from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM. A 1+1 promotion will also be held on December 10th and 11th. Reservations can be made through the Naver Andaz Jogakbo page and by phone.
