The "2022 Chungbuk Semiconductor SW Convergence Fair," hosted and organized by Chungcheongbuk-do and the Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology Innovation, will be held on December 14th from 1:30 PM to 5:20 PM at the Grand Performance Hall and Reception Hall of the Gaesin Culture Hall at Chungbuk National University.
This event aims to expand awareness of the SW Convergence Cluster 2.0 project and provide a platform for exchange, as well as to promote networking through interaction among semiconductor SW convergence companies within Chungbuk Province. Approximately 100 participants, including local governments, semiconductor SW convergence-related companies, and experts, are expected to attend.
On the day, merit plaques from the Governor of Chungbuk Province will be awarded to SNT Co., Ltd. and BKM Co., Ltd., companies that participated in the SW Convergence Cluster 2.0 project from 2020 to 2022, and merit plaques from the Mayor of Cheongju will be presented to MYC Co., Ltd. and Onsaemiro Co., Ltd. Following this, a progress report by Hong Seok-su, Deputy Director of the Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology Innovation, and an exhibition tour will mark the opening ceremony of the "2022 Chungbuk Semiconductor SW Convergence Fair."
The subsequent forum and discussion on the three-year achievements of the SW Convergence Cluster 2.0 project will feature a keynote speech by Professor Jang Geon-ik of Chungbuk National University, a forum on creating an ecosystem in the Chungbuk semiconductor SW convergence field, presentations on industrial policy directions and development strategies by various speakers, special lectures on cooperation and convergence methods, and expert panel discussions. The event will also include reports on outstanding cases from the 2020-2022 SW Convergence Cluster 2.0 project and announcements of future SW business plans.
Meanwhile, at the reception hall of the Gaesin Culture Hall during the "2022 Chungbuk Semiconductor SW Convergence Fair," exhibition booths showcasing achievements of companies supported by the SW Convergence Cluster project, displays of commercialized products from the project, and consultation booths addressing company-specific issues such as accounting, human resources, labor, and patents will be set up, providing various attractions and a space for communication.
