Gyeongnam Bank Donates 11 Million KRW from 'Love Home Run and Steal Campaign' to NC Dinos

Used to Support Vulnerable Children in the Region through the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation Gyeongnam Headquarters

BNK Gyeongnam Bank donated 11 million KRW from the 'Love Home Run and Steal Campaign' fund to the NC Dinos.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Song Jong-gu] BNK Gyeongnam Bank donated 11 million KRW from the ‘Love Home Run and Steal Campaign Fund’ to the NC Dinos.

At the donation ceremony for the Love Home Run and Steal Campaign Fund held on the 9th in the head office conference room, attendees included Kim Jong-hak, Head of the Social Contribution and Public Relations Department, Lee Myung-hoon, Team Leader, NC Dinos player Kim Si-hoon, and Park Won-gyu, Head of the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters, among other officials.

The Love Home Run and Steal Campaign Fund was raised during the 2022 KBO League regular season as the NC Dinos players hit 2 Love Home Runs in the BNK Gyeongnam Bank Home Run Zone and recorded a total of 100 Love Steals.

The 11 million KRW donated by BNK Gyeongnam Bank will be used to support vulnerable children in the region through the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation Gyeongnam Headquarters.

Kim, Head of the Social Contribution and Public Relations Department, said, “It has already been 10 years since BNK Gyeongnam Bank and the NC Dinos jointly launched the Love Home Run and Love Steal Campaign. Thanks to the efforts of the NC Dinos players, we have been able to help many vulnerable groups. We will continue to collaborate with the NC Dinos, the local professional baseball team, to promote various social contribution projects that bring hope to every corner of the region.”

Separately from the donation of the Love Home Run and Steal Campaign Fund, BNK Gyeongnam Bank plans to deliver support funds, raised by allocating part of the proceeds from the sale of the ‘BNK Baseball Love Time Deposit,’ to the NC Dinos for the development of local youth baseball.
