KCC Construction is conducting first-come, first-served contracts with designated building and unit numbers for a small number of remaining units at ‘Daejeon Aether Switzen,’ located in a prime location right in front of Exit 3 of Yongmun Station on Daejeon Subway Line 1, due to disqualifications such as ineligible subscription winners and duplicate winners.
Daejeon Aether Switzen is a complex supplied under the domestic leading residential brand ‘Switzen,’ featuring various specialized technologies unique to KCC Construction, from exterior design (Switzen Design Manual 2.0) to interior layout (Switzen7).
A sales official stated, “Daejeon Aether Switzen is a complex that combines excellent location, brand premium, and other popular factors, making it highly preferred in the region. This first-come, first-served contract is open to ‘anyone’ nationwide, and since applicants can directly select their desired building and unit number, inquiries are continuously coming in.”
The first-come, first-served contracts starting from Saturday, December 10, have less stringent eligibility criteria compared to general sales. Anyone aged 19 or older can contract regardless of residence area or home ownership status, whether they are household heads or household members. No subscription savings account is required, making it an opportunity for single-person households and young people with low points to secure their own home.
Daejeon Aether Switzen is located in Yongmun-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, consisting of two buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 38 floors above ground. It comprises 138 apartment units with exclusive areas of 62㎡ to 84㎡, 60 apartel units with exclusive areas of 84㎡, and neighborhood living facilities on floors 1 to 3 above ground.
The complex offers easy access through adjacent Dosan-ro and Gyeryong-ro, and convenient entry via Honam Expressway Branch, Gyeongbu Expressway, and Cheonbyeon Urban Expressway. Public offices such as Daejeon Metropolitan City Hall, Seo-gu Office, Daejeon District Court, and Government Daejeon Complex are also nearby.
The pleasant residential environment is highly anticipated. Yudeungcheon Stream flows to the southeast of the complex, and there are many parks such as Jungchon Citizen Park and Namsun Park, allowing residents to enjoy a healing life in the city. Large-scale redevelopment projects such as Yongmun 1, 2, and 3 districts and Tanbang 1 district are actively underway around the complex, which is expected to further enhance living infrastructure in the future.
The differentiated product features also attract attention. Built as a high-rise with up to 38 floors, it applies a signature exterior design that captures attention through the ‘Switzen Design Manual 2.0,’ expected to become a new landmark leading trends in Seo-gu, Daejeon.

The buildings are arranged mainly facing south to secure sunlight rights, and designed with a 4Bay cross-ventilation structure (except for some types) to maximize openness and space utilization. High-quality finishing materials are used both externally and internally to create a sophisticated atmosphere. In particular, instead of the conventional balcony metal railings, view-type balcony windows (applied to living rooms) will provide maximized openness. Additionally, various storage spaces including hotel-style separated bathrooms and pantries are offered.
Various community facilities that enrich daily life will also be established. These include a fitness club for residents’ physical improvement with fitness, GX, and Pilates, a kids caf? where children can enjoy reading and various play activities, a healing space for relaxation in a comfortable atmosphere, and Switzen amenities.
