Allicon Opens 8th 'Jibmusil' Branch in Bundang

The No.1 Requested Location for Branch Opening in Gyeonggi Area, Second Branch in Gyeonggi Province Following Ilsan

Allicon Opens 8th 'Jibmusil' Branch in Bundang

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Allicon (co-CEOs Kim Seong-min and Jo Min-hee), which operates the residential-based distributed office 'Jibmusil,' announced on the 9th that it will open its 8th branch, the Bundang branch, as the second location in the Gyeonggi-do area following Ilsan.

Bundang is a representative residential area densely populated in the southern metropolitan area, with many office workers commuting to Seoul's downtown and Pangyo, a major hub for leading domestic IT companies. It was selected as the number one requested location for expansion in the Gyeonggi region based on demand analysis from Jibmusil users.

The Jibmusil Bundang branch is located in the basement of the commercial building of Bundang Ziwell Prugio mixed-use apartment complex near Sunae Station on the Bundang Line. It is designed as a space of about 60 pyeong (approximately 198 square meters), maximizing proximity within about 3 km of residential areas and enabling fully automated space operation.

Considering that the Jibmusil Bundang branch is an underground space without windows, efforts were focused on creating a sense of openness. Additionally, the space was configured to maximize work immersion. Kim Seong-min, co-CEO of Allicon, said, "We tried to transform the secretive underground space into a comfortable work environment at the Bundang branch," adding, "As the first attempt in the basement of a newly constructed building, we expect to diversify Jibmusil space options and accelerate the expansion of Jibmusil branches."
