Benefits Granted to Small and Medium Enterprises Contributing to Job Creation and Employment Stability

Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam awarded a plaque of commendation to a company selected as an "Excellent Job Creation Company of 2022."

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Song Jong-gu] On the 8th, Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam selected five companies that made efforts to create local jobs despite difficult economic conditions as the ‘2022 Excellent Job Creation Companies’ and awarded them plaques of commendation.

The selection of excellent job creation companies in Changwon City is a system that discovers small and medium-sized enterprises with high contributions to increasing employment, hiring youth, local residents, and vulnerable groups, improving labor welfare environments, and social contribution activities, and provides benefits.

Companies selected as excellent job creation companies receive benefits such as ▲support for facility environment improvement funds including employee break rooms (10 million KRW per company) ▲special support for Changwon City SME development funds ▲additional selection for youth employment incentive support projects ▲three-year deferral of local tax audits.

The excellent companies were selected through a final evaluation by a judging committee composed of external experts related to jobs after a first document review and a second on-site inspection for companies that applied following the recruitment announcement in October.

The excellent job creation companies selected this time are ▲Daegeon Tech (CEO Shin Gi-su) ▲Daewon Gijeon (CEO Park Won-cheol) ▲Daegyun (CEO Kim Gi-su) ▲Daeho INT (CEO Kim Han-jun) ▲ORS Korea (CEO Ahmet Aslan).
