Afterwards, they received mentoring from the Gijang-gun Tourism Promotion Division to concretize their ideas and produce the final deliverables.

The evaluation and awards ceremony took place on the 2nd at the Park Tae-joon Memorial Hall in Jangan-eup, Gijang-gun, with representatives from related local organizations such as the Busan Center for Creative Economy and Innovation and the Busan Tourism Organization participating in the evaluation to actively utilize the students' excellent ideas.

As a result of the judging, the grand prize was awarded to Dongseo University's Wonderland team for their "Wonderland Map," which planned a children's playground tour in the Gijang area themed around traditional fairy tales.

The Excellence Award went to Daejeon University's RGB team for "Colorful Leisure, Gijang App Gijang Daekkiri," the Merit Award to Jeju University's "If You Go to Gijang" team for "Themed Smart Tourism Bus and Character Name: Giyo," and the Encouragement Award to Dongguk University team for "Saving Gijang."

Hwang Ki-hyun, head of Dongseo University's LINC 3.0 Project Group and Sharing Collaboration Center, said, "We hope that the students' excellent ideas will be reflected in actual policies or projects, and next year, we will strive to hold an idea-thon for revitalizing regional tourism in other areas to develop it into a nationwide event."
