- All units of exclusive 59 and 84㎡ types sold out... Countdown to complete sell-out begins
- Application acceptance from 12th after announcement on 7th... Winners announced on 15th
'The Park Vista Desiang,' which has been spotlighted as the biggest catch in the metropolitan area this year, is entering the final countdown for contract closure, and on the 12th, non-priority subscription applications will be accepted for some remaining units of the exclusive 114㎡ type.
Following the official contracts, during the preliminary winner contract phase, all units of the exclusive 59 and 84㎡ types were fully contracted, with most contracts completed, reaffirming the power of owning a smart single property that shines even in a recession. As such, this non-priority subscription is also expected to attract significant interest.
The non-priority subscription for The Park Vista Desiang is open to non-homeowners aged 19 or older residing in Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province, and applications can be made even without a subscription savings account. The schedule for the non-priority subscription starts with the announcement on Wednesday, December 7, followed by application submission on Monday, December 12, winner announcement on Thursday, December 15, winner contracts on Thursday, December 22, and preliminary winner contracts on Friday, December 23.
The Park Vista Desiang is an apartment complex introduced by the consortium of Taeyoung Construction and Dongwon Development through the private park development special project at Yeokdong Park in Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province. It is being developed in the Yeokdong area of Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province, consisting of 18 buildings from 4 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59, 84, and 114㎡, totaling 1,690 units. The complex offers a variety of unit sizes from popular small and medium sizes to medium-large sizes that have gained interest since COVID-19.
The medium-large type units available for non-priority subscription feature floor plans designed to maximize space utilization. Notably, they include a master bedroom along with three bedrooms, an entrance pantry, and a master dressing room, allowing residents to freely configure spaces according to their lifestyle. Depending on the type, there is also an option (paid) to convert the third bedroom into a pantry to expand storage space.
Meanwhile, Gwangju City in Gyeonggi Province has been found to have a significantly low proportion of medium-large units compared to the total number of households, which is expected to generate considerable interest. According to data from Real Estate R114, a total of 12,885 apartment units have been occupied in Gwangju City over the past five years, of which only 185 units are medium-large apartments exceeding 85㎡, accounting for just 1.43% of the total.
Additionally, new supply of medium-large apartments in Gwangju City is also limited. Over the past five years, a total of 14,416 units were supplied in Gwangju City, but only 730 units of medium-large apartments exceeding 85㎡ were supplied, representing just 5% of the total supply.
The Park Vista Desiang is currently operating a model house, with move-in scheduled for April 2026.
