On the 6th, Samsung Electro-Mechanics announced that it conducted the '2023 Regular Executive Appointments,' promoting 13 executives including 3 vice presidents, 9 general managers, and 1 master.
The keyword is 'expertise.' First, the MLCC and camera module businesses selected talents who will lead differentiated product and technology acquisition and strengthen dominance in the automotive market.
The substrate business chose talents who can respond promptly to demand and maximize productivity.
Talents who contributed to business growth and future preparation in sales & marketing, new business, safety & environment, and human resources were also promoted.
In particular, under the principle of 'performance-based,' Samsung Electro-Mechanics emphasized that it produced young and capable leaders such as general managers in their 30s and vice presidents in their 40s who possess both drive and growth potential.
Following last year, one outstanding female talent was also promoted this year. This is part of the plan to expand diversity within the organization.
