Large-Scale Apartments 'Rapent Hill' Preferred by Wealthy Buyers

Large-Scale Apartments 'Rapent Hill' Preferred by Wealthy Buyers [Perspective view of 'La Penthill' designed as a penthouse with large units for all generations]

Wealthy individuals prefer large-sized residences when choosing their homes. Spacious living areas satisfy the needs of the affluent who want to engage in various activities within their homes, and simply living in a luxury large-scale apartment worth billions reflects their financial power and social status, giving them a sense of exclusivity.

Moreover, large-sized apartments attract the wealthy because their high prices make them inaccessible to just anyone, and their limited supply increases their rarity value.

As a result, despite the nationwide decline in apartment prices this year, large-sized units are being traded at record highs. This trend is also evident in Gwangju Metropolitan City.

An industry insider stated, “Since large-sized units are mainly consumed by people with strong financial capabilities, they are less affected by market conditions,” adding, “Especially in complexes that only have large-sized units, a league of their own naturally forms, making them even more preferred.”

‘La Penthill,’ located in Wolgye-dong, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, is designed entirely with large-sized penthouse units, attracting the interest of affluent buyers. The complex will consist of two buildings, ranging from three basement floors to 22 above-ground floors, with a total of 72 units sized between 201 and 244 square meters. The construction company is Hyundai Engineering & Construction.

The exterior of the complex is inspired by Italy’s Milan ‘Bosco Verticale,’ renowned for its outstanding architectural beauty. It features a luxurious curtain wall facade and terraces for every unit, creating a three-dimensional and aesthetic exterior design. Furthermore, the spacious terraces exclusive to each unit serve as urban oases connecting outdoor and indoor spaces, allowing residents to enjoy warm sunlight and gentle breezes, as well as various hobbies such as private gardening and home cafes.

Within the complex, customized community facilities such as a fitness center, yoga & meditation room, and multipurpose lounge will be established to form an exclusive society for residents.

With a progressive and modern floor plan that respects privacy, La Penthill offers both elegance and comfort. The design separates private spaces (bedrooms) from common areas (living room, kitchen) to ensure privacy. Additionally, elevators are assigned per line within the complex for private use, and each unit features a dedicated elevator hall, allowing residents to live securely in their exclusive spaces.

High-quality finishing materials enhance the interior space, completing a more sophisticated environment at La Penthill. The interior includes premium furnishings from European luxury brand Febal Casa, Italian faucet brand Gessi, Italian hood brand Elica, Swiss AXENT, American Kohler, and American Standard?high-end finishes typically seen only in luxury homes or hotels.

The La Penthill gallery operates by appointment only, and visits can be scheduled through the official website.
