In southern Yeongseo, Gangwon, precipitation will occur from morning to afternoon, and on the western coast of Jeolla, raindrops or snowflakes may fall at dawn.

Expected snowfall amounts are 1 to 5 cm in Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, Chungcheong region, and northern Jeonbuk, and less than 1 cm in Seoul and inland northern Gyeongbuk. Expected precipitation is less than 5 mm. In southern Yeongseo, Gangwon, and the western coast of Jeolla, snow flurries less than 0.1 cm are expected. Expected precipitation is less than 0.1 mm.

The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between -8 and 1 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high between 3 and 10 degrees Celsius. Due to smooth atmospheric dispersion, fine dust concentration will be at 'Good' to 'Moderate' levels across all regions.

From dawn, very strong winds and very high waves are expected in the central East Sea offshore and northern offshore of the southern East Sea, so ships navigating or fishing should exercise caution.

Wave heights in the nearshore seas will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea.
