The contingency funds will be used to purchase bottled water with a budget of 85 million won and install additional water tanks with a budget of 110 million won for schools in the restricted water supply areas of Wando County: Nohwa, Geumil, Soan, Bogil, Gogeum, and Yaksan.

The Office of Education requested cooperation from the Jeonnam Fire Headquarters and Wando Fire Station to supply daily water and also provided guidance to allow adjustment of school meal menus in preparation for shortages of water for school meals due to restricted water supply.
