Comtec System Acquires Additional 19.4 Billion KRW Shares of Supi ITCEN Holdings

[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] Comtec System announced on the 5th that it will additionally acquire 855,481 shares of its financial affiliate Supi IT Sen Holdings for approximately 19.4 billion KRW. After the acquisition, Comtec System's stake in Supi IT Sen Holdings will reach 100%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the date of the announcement. Comtec System stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "management efficiency through equity acquisition."
