Metastar Global Co., Ltd. Signs Platform Usage Agreement with Mplus Asset Management Co., Ltd.

On the 1st, Metastar Global Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed a usage agreement for the integrated real estate information platform ‘Metastar (METASTAR)’ with Mplus Asset Management Co., Ltd.

‘Metastar (METASTAR)’ allows users to view and issue the five essential real estate documents (Real Estate Register, Building Register, Land Register, Land Use Plan, Cadastral Map) all at once by entering the address only once. In addition, it is designed to enhance work efficiency through a notification function for changes in registration rights.

To print one real estate-related document, users must repeatedly enter the same address on three different sites such as the Internet Registry Office, Government24, and Land Connect. Collecting preliminary real estate information typically takes about 10 to 20 minutes to complete. However, when handling large-scale tasks such as collective registration of apartment ownership transfers, simple information collection work leads to excessive workload.

‘Metastar (METASTAR)’ resolves these inconveniences for real estate information users by building a large-scale server and ensuring stability, enabling final viewing and issuance within about 20 seconds without issues in simultaneous access. It is expected not only to improve work efficiency but also to reduce labor costs and incidental expenses for business operators.

Mplus Asset Management Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 as a real estate specialized asset management company and has continued to grow steadily in the fields of real estate and special asset investment since becoming a 100% subsidiary of the Military Mutual Aid Association in December 2015.

A representative of Metastar Global stated, "By signing the contract with Mplus Asset Management Co., Ltd., we will solidify our position as the platform chosen by real estate professionals through the use of the Metastar platform,” adding, “Metastar (METASTAR) will actively cooperate and support users based on stability, convenience, and accuracy to provide customized services.”

Metastar (METASTAR) is preparing a ‘native language translation and notarized translation function’ service for both domestic and overseas users and plans to continuously sign usage agreements with government-affiliated public enterprises and companies. Furthermore, it explained that it aims to set standards for real estate administration not only in Korea but worldwide.
