On the 2nd, Walt Disney Company Korea announced that 'Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 3' will be released in May 2023.
Following the first 'Guardians of the Galaxy,' which ranked 3rd worldwide at the box office in 2014, and the second installment which earned over $863.75 million worldwide in 2017, the third installment is now being presented.
The series was the first Marvel movie to expand its stage to the galaxy, leading to the appearance of Thanos, considered Marvel's most powerful villain, and completing the grand narrative that continued through 'Avengers: Infinity War' and 'Avengers: Endgame.'
The poster released that day features the members of the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' series gathered together on the wing of a spaceship. Against the backdrop of a setting sun, they are united, looking toward the same direction. The return of Gamora, who sacrificed herself in 'Avengers: Infinity War,' and the appearance of 'Space Dog' Cosmo are teased, adding to the intrigue.
Wearing colorful suits and venturing into an even more vast universe, the five members along with the returning Gamora and new characters who will expand Marvel's universe are expected to create a more spectacular and grand story.
