Youngmu Construction will begin accepting applications for the ‘Gunsan Sinyuksekwon Yedaeum’ apartment starting on the 5th of this month (Monday). The detailed schedule is as follows: ▲Special supply on the 5th (Monday), ▲1st priority applications on the 6th (Tuesday), and ▲2nd priority applications on the 7th (Wednesday). Afterwards, the process will continue with ▲announcement of winners on the 14th (Wednesday), and ▲official contracts from the 26th (Monday) to the 28th (Wednesday) over three days.
‘Gunsan Sinyuksekwon Yedaeum’ opened its model house on the 25th of last month and has officially started sales. This site has received positive responses from prospective buyers since its opening, raising expectations that it will perform well in the recently sluggish sales market.
Ms. Jung (female, in her 40s), who visited from Naheung-dong, said, “I am looking at the 84-type unit, and I really like the design because the 4-bay windows are spacious and bright,” adding, “The sale price is also cheaper than recently sold complexes, so I plan to apply.”

‘Gunsan Sinyuksekwon Yedaeum’ is located in Naheung-dong, Gunsan-si, Jeollabuk-do. The supply scale consists of 569 units in total, from basement level 1 to 25 floors above ground, with medium to large units ranging from 84 to 107㎡, which is expected to be highly preferred in the region.
The Sinyuksekwon housing development project plans to accommodate approximately 6,600 apartment households and about 18,000 residents. ‘Gunsan Sinyuksekwon Yedaeum’ is the last general sale unit in Sinyuksekwon and is expected to attract more attention due to its reasonable price under the sale price ceiling system. In particular, it is adjacent to D-Ocean City, the most preferred residential area in Gunsan, adding to the expansion effect of the eastern new residential area, which is raising expectations.
Among the specialized designs that received high praise from visitors are the 84A type’s maximized storage space with three pantries, a dining room with a wide full window design offering an ocean view, built-in closets, and a dressing room with extended depth. Additionally, all units will feature an innovative 4-bay layout, making it a luxury apartment suitable for ocean views.
As a pre-application event, visitors who visit the model house and receive consultation on December 3rd and 4th will be given Lotte gift certificates on a first-come, first-served basis to up to 500 people.
