The Gwangjin Economic Hub Center is designed to provide startup companies with office space and customized consulting services to help increase sales and create jobs.

It consists of two buildings: the Kiwoom Building, formerly operated as a Venture Business Startup Support Center, and the newly constructed Doyak Building. Currently, 26 companies are residing there, nurturing their dreams of successful entrepreneurship.

The target tenants are early-stage startups within three years of establishment and at least five companies with excellent technology. Applications must be submitted by December 30, followed by document and presentation reviews in January next year to select tenant companies. The move-in period is March.

The available office spaces are ▲17㎡ (5-pyeong) ▲23㎡ (7-pyeong) ▲30㎡ (9-pyeong), with annual rents ranging from 1.6 million KRW (Kiwoom Building) to 2.1 million KRW (Doyak Building) based on the 23㎡ (7-pyeong) size.

The lease term is one year, with the possibility of extension up to three years based on evaluations.

Tenant companies can use center facilities free of charge, including dedicated office space, meeting rooms, mobile app testbeds, live commerce studios, and video interview rooms. They also have priority access to various programs offered by the entrusted operator, NSL Partners, such as investment linkage and startup support consulting.

Companies wishing to apply can check the announcement on the Gwangjin-gu Office or NSL Partners websites and submit application documents via email by December 30.

For more details, inquiries can be made to the Corporate Support Office of the Gwangjin Economic Hub Center.

Kim Kyung-ho, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, stated, “We will actively support the Gwangjin Economic Hub Center to become a cradle for local startup companies and help realize their dreams of successful entrepreneurship. We will continue to promote various corporate support policies to create jobs and revitalize the local economy, contributing to urban development.”
