[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gwangju University (President Kim Dongjin) announced on the 1st that it held the 2nd 2022 Steering Committee meeting of the Nam-gu Social Welfare Meal Management Support Center, which it operates on consignment.
The recent meeting was organized as an opportunity to share opinions on the 2022 project performance and the 2023 project plans and agenda items.
A total of nine people attended, including officials from the Gwangju City Hygiene Policy Division and Nam-gu Office Health and Hygiene Division, members of the Nam-gu Council, and social welfare facility representatives.
The Gwangju University Social Welfare Meal Management Support Center provides support to improve nutrition and hygiene management of social welfare facilities in Nam-gu in accordance with Article 5 of the "Act on Support for Safe Meals in Social Welfare Facilities for the Elderly, Disabled, etc."
Center Director Seo Dongju said, "We will spare no effort to actively support meal services within social welfare facilities by reflecting the opinions raised at this meeting."
