[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] CJ Foodville, the operator of N Seoul Tower, announced on the 1st that its restaurant 'Hankook' will launch a new menu called the 'Premium Namsan Course.'
Located on the observation floor of N Seoul Tower, Hankook is a Korean dining restaurant specializing in modern Korean beef grill courses. Guests can enjoy modern Korean cuisine while taking in a triple panorama view of Namsan, the Han River, and the city center.
The Premium Namsan Course is characterized by offering both seafood and meat dishes. Premium ingredients such as Korean beef, live abalone, and truffles have been carefully selected to enhance taste and flavor.
The meal begins with an appetizer consisting of four dishes including fresh ginseng salad and yukhoe (Korean beef tartare), followed by grilled live abalone served with truffle, white asparagus, and abalone liver sauce, and then a Korean beef dish that has been pre-grilled with smoked wood chips and pine needle aroma.
The meal includes either soybean paste stew with rice cooked in a pot or cold noodles, and for dessert, handmade sweets and beverages are provided.
The course is available for weekday dinners and on weekends and public holidays, and can also be ordered for weekday lunch with prior reservation.
