Yeonggwang Sarang Gift Certificates, 10% Discount Sale Until January Next Year

[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do, will conduct a special 10% discount sale on Yeonggwang Love Gift Certificates (paper and card) from next month 1st to January 31st of next year to protect small business owners facing difficulties and revitalize the local economy ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.

According to the county on the 30th, Yeonggwang Love Gift Certificates (paper) can be purchased at 32 financial institutions including local agricultural, livestock, credit unions, and Saemaeul Geumgo branches with an ID and cash, with a monthly purchase limit of 500,000 KRW per individual, and during the period, consumers can enjoy a maximum discount benefit of 50,000 KRW per month.

Also, Yeonggwang Love Gift Certificates (card) can be charged up to 500,000 KRW per individual monthly via the ‘Geu-ri-go’ app, and during the period, users can receive an incentive benefit of up to 50,000 KRW per month.

Yeonggwang Love Gift Certificates can be used at affiliated Yeonggwang Love Gift Certificate merchants.

From the consumer's perspective, purchasing at a 10% discounted price reduces the burden of rising prices, and they can also receive a 30% income deduction benefit during year-end tax settlement. Small business owners can benefit from the recovery of the contracted consumer economy, which helps improve management and creates a win-win economic effect.

County Governor Kang Jongman said, “Through the special discount for the Lunar New Year holiday, we hope to reduce the household burden of residents caused by rising prices, increase the use of traditional markets and alley shops, and lead to increased sales for small business owners,” adding, “We hope Yeonggwang Love Gift Certificates will be a strength for both residents and small business owners and contribute to a virtuous cycle in the local economy.”
