NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters Donates 10 Million KRW Development Fund to Gyeongnam National University

Gyeongnam National University received 10 million KRW from NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Business Headquarters.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Song Jong-gu] On the 30th at 10:30 AM, Gyeongnam National University received a development fund of 10 million KRW from NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Business Headquarters in the president's office to foster local talent.

The event was attended by President Park Jae-gyu, Head Choi Young-sik, and other officials. Along with the fund transfer, a meeting was held to discuss fostering local talent and regional development.

Head Choi of NH Nonghyup Bank said, “We hope that Gyeongnam National University, a prestigious private university that has led diversification in local education based on its long history and tradition, will produce many talents who will drive the region and future.” He added, “NH Nonghyup Bank will also do its best to support students, the future leaders, in various ways.”

President Park responded, “I thank Head Choi Young-sik and all NH Nonghyup Bank employees for their interest in regional development and nurturing future talent during difficult times and for delivering the development fund.” He continued, “Going forward, Gyeongnam National University will do its best to cultivate outstanding talents who will lead future society.”
