Jungjingong Obtains 'Blind Fair Recruitment Excellence Institution Certification' Small and Medium Business Corporation

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 30th that it has obtained the 'Blind Fair Recruitment Excellence Institution Certification' from the Korea Standards Association (KSA).


The Fair Recruitment Certification System is a system in which a third party conducts an evaluation and grants certification to public institutions and companies that exemplarily operate fair recruitment centered on job competency by excluding biased factors in hiring.


SBC was evaluated on items such as recruitment operation management, risk management, and performance evaluation, focusing on the regular employee recruitment process for new hires conducted this year, and was newly selected as a certified institution for fair recruitment due to its excellent and systematic recruitment operation.


Kim Hak-do, Chairman of SBC, said, "This year, SBC hired 80 new employees to help alleviate youth employment difficulties," adding, "We will continue to take the lead in fostering a fair recruitment culture centered on job competency through thorough blind recruitment that excludes biased factors."
