Isu Construction announced that it will begin sales of ‘Brownstone Bucheon Yeowol’ in the Yeowol-dong area of Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, in December. ‘Brownstone Bucheon Yeowol’ will be developed with a total of 3 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 13 above-ground floors, comprising 142 households (26~84㎡) in total, with 42 units (26, 59㎡ A·B·C) available for general sale.
‘Brownstone Bucheon Yeowol’ is gaining attention for its excellent transportation convenience as a double station area, with Line 7 Bucheon Sports Complex Station (about 3 minutes by car), the planned GTX-B line, and the opening of Wonjong Station on the Daegok-Sosa Line (about 4 minutes by car) expected.
