The new menu items are characterized by the use of meatballs, an ingredient not previously used in their burgers, offering a generous visual appeal and a harmonious blend of new flavors.
The two new items, the ‘Original Meatball Burger’ and the ‘Cheongyang Mayo Meatball Burger,’ enhance the rich texture by adding thick, juicy meatballs to Mom's Touch’s signature ingredient, 100% whole chicken thigh patty called ‘Ssai Patty.’
The Original Meatball Burger uses black pepper sauce to highlight the natural taste and flavor of the meatballs, while the Cheongyang Mayo Meatball Burger combines mayonnaise sauce and Cheongyang chili peppers for a subtly spicy kick, complemented by sweet and savory bulgogi sauce for a balanced sweet and salty harmony.
To celebrate the launch of the new menu, Mom's Touch will hold a free set upgrade event at select franchise locations on the 1st of next month, where customers ordering dine-in or takeout meatball burgers can upgrade to a set menu at the price of a single item.
