bhc Keunmam Halmae Sundaeguk Introduces Two Sundaeguk Varieties for Winter

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] bhc Group's Keunmam Halmae Sundaeguk announced on the 28th that it has newly introduced two types of Sundaeguk for the winter season.

Keunmam Sundaeguk is the next signature menu, known for its rich and spicy broth's umami flavor. Based on a rich pork bone broth, it features a heavy taste that is not spicy despite its spicy-looking color. The chewy head meat combined with native Sundae, generously filled with carefully selected ingredients, makes it a perfect hearty meal.

Kimchi Sundaeguk is distinguished by the harmony of the flavor of stir-fried kimchi and the rich broth. The spicy and sweet stir-fried kimchi is boiled together with the rich pork bone broth, creating a spicy yet refreshing taste. Along with the chewy head meat and native Sundae filled to the brim, it completes a heavy yet refreshing Sundaeguk that cannot be tasted elsewhere.

The two new menu items of Keunmam Halmae Sundaeguk are available at all Keunmam Halmae Sundaeguk stores nationwide.
