Jangseong-gun to Host Academy Inviting Oh Young-hoon, Jeju Province Governor, on the 1st of Next Month

[Jangseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jo Hangyu] Jangseong County, Jeollanam-do announced on the 28th that it will hold the 21st Century Jangseong Academy by inviting Oh Young-hoon, Governor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, at 4:30 PM on the 1st of next month at the Small Theater of Jangseong Culture and Arts Center.

This lecture, under the theme "Continuing the Spirit of Tamna Toward Jeju's Shining Future," will explore ways to seize opportunities in this era of rapid change and great transformation.

There will also be a time to share Jeju Island's vision and innovative ideas.

Jeju Island is a region with diverse and unique history and culture, and it is the only island in the world to have achieved a triple crown in natural sciences by being designated as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, World Natural Heritage, and Global Geopark.

The 21st Century Jangseong Academy, now in its 28th year, is the world's longest-running social education program and is held every first and third Thursday of the month.

Participation is possible on a first-come, first-served basis or through online reservation on the Jangseong County website, and it can also be attended via live broadcast on the county's official YouTube channel held simultaneously with the academy.
