SP estate, SAMPYO Group's real estate specialist company, announced on the 28th that it will introduce 'Hillstate DMC Station' in Jeungsan-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.
Hillstate DMC Station will be developed as a general private rental apartment with 2 buildings, ranging from 5 basement floors to 36 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59 to 75㎡, totaling 299 households. It offers stable residence for up to 10 years without acquisition tax or property tax burden, with an expected move-in date of April 2027.
Hillstate DMC Station applies the representative domestic luxury residential brand 'Hillstate,' promising differentiation. It features popular small-to-medium sized units (59?75㎡), open balconies (in some units), and a 4Bay plate-type structure, providing excellent lighting and ventilation through specialized design. All rooms come with system air conditioners as standard, and built-in refrigerators and hybrid induction cooktops are also provided.
The annual increase rate of the rental deposit is limited to within 5%, significantly reducing the burden of housing costs. Additionally, since the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) guarantees the rental deposit, SAMPYO explains that safe return of the rental deposit upon moving out is possible.
Hillstate DMC Station is connected to Digital Media City (DMC) Station, a transfer station for three lines including Seoul Subway Line 6, Airport Railroad, and Gyeongui-Jungang Line, making it highly preferred for residence. In the future, with the opening of the Daejang-Hongdae Line (planned) and Gangbuk Transversal Line (planned) at DMC Station, it is expected to become a super transfer station location.
A SAMPYO Group official stated, "Hillstate DMC Station will add differentiated value through various specialized designs as a high-end premium residential space never seen before in private rental apartments," adding, "With the best location and brand combined, it will establish itself as a representative residential space in the northwest area of Seoul."
