[Asia Economy Reporter Eunju Lee] The Korea Credit Guarantee Fund announced on the 28th that it has selected 20 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as the ‘Best Job Companies’ of 2022.
Since 2014, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund has identified 928 SMEs as ‘Good Job Companies’ for realizing social value through job creation and job quality improvement. Among the ‘Good Job Companies,’ those with excellent employment quality in terms of wages, welfare levels, and stability, as well as companies with additional employment capacity and high future growth potential, are separately selected as ‘Best Job Companies.’
The ‘Best Job Companies’ selected this year include ▲ healthcare consulting company Sineks Co., Ltd. ▲ noodle manufacturing company Myeonsarang Co., Ltd. ▲ apparel manufacturing company The Carry Co., Ltd., among others. These companies demonstrate excellent management capabilities with an average sales revenue of 58.8 billion KRW and 167 regular employees.
The Korea Credit Guarantee Fund plans to provide selected companies with various financial and non-financial benefits, including ▲ a 0.5%p reduction in guarantee fees for three years, ▲ application of a 90% guarantee ratio, ▲ preferential inclusion in securitization company guarantees, and ▲ management consulting.
Choi Wonmok, Chairman of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, said, “I would like to express my gratitude and congratulations to the companies selected as the Best Job Companies of 2022, who have taken the lead in job creation and job quality improvement despite the economic downturn,” and added, “Going forward, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund will do its best to prepare various support measures to continuously discover and nurture excellent employment companies.”
