Complete UX·UI Overhaul... Various New Features Added
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] KB Kookmin Bank has significantly improved its mobile application (app) for corporate customers. The bank has enhanced the function layout with a user-centric approach and decided to provide various content without requiring login.
On the 28th, KB Kookmin Bank announced that it had completely revamped the 'KB Star Corporate Banking' service.
This revamp focused on ▲a full overhaul of the user-centric mobile user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) ▲easy registration and convenient use for new customers ▲support for all corporate banking tasks ▲strengthening linkage with KB Financial Group platforms and external platforms.
First, after login, the initial screen provides payment status and main account functions, and displays customized notification information for each user in a visually accessible manner. Each item can be adjusted according to the customer's needs, and at the bottom, various non-financial services and customized business content such as fund operation strategies are provided, considering industry and user types.
Additionally, before login, various content such as usage guides for first-time customers, corporate banking utilization methods, market trends, financial products, real estate, asset management, automobiles, and health information are available to everyone. The account opening and new banking procedures for sole proprietors and corporations have been simplified, and an integrated search function allows users to check all information within corporate banking, including menus, products, events, and notices, at once.
Furthermore, non-face-to-face convenience services have been newly established to handle tasks that previously required visiting a branch, such as unlocking password errors and reporting the loss of one-time password generators (OTP) via smartphones. Multilingual services (English, Chinese, Japanese) are provided.
Functions aimed at synergy among affiliates have also been added. Major services of KB Financial Group affiliates can now be used directly through KB Star Corporate Banking. A linked login function to affiliate platforms has also been introduced. In addition, competitive external partner fund management services have been adopted, offering electronic tax invoice issuance and management tasks as well as simple tax ledger services.
