MINI Korea Hosts the '2022 MINI Flea Market'

Held for the First Time in 3 Years Since 2019

[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] MINI Korea announced on the 28th that it will hold the ‘2022 MINI Flea Market’ for the first time in three years since 2019.

The MINI Flea Market is a special sharing and festival event unique to MINI, where participants bring items they want to sell in their MINI trunks and sell them, donating a portion of the proceeds. Since its first event in 2014, it has become a unique festival of the MINI brand, attracting over 10,000 visitors annually with a variety of sights and activities.

The 2022 MINI Flea Market, held at the Lotte World Ice Rink in Songpa-gu from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the 3rd of next month, is open to everyone and will be held under the theme ‘MINI Early Christmas,’ celebrating Christmas early with MINI. It was planned with the hope that everyone will have a warm and hopeful year-end while experiencing MINI’s brand message, 'BIG LOVE.'

Customers who own MINI vehicles will participate as sellers, offering items under three themes: ‘Eco-Friendly,’ ‘Handmade,’ and ‘Big Love.’ They will sell upcycled and eco-friendly products, handmade items crafted with time and care, and other goods that can upgrade personal tastes under the concept of an ‘Uplifting Life.’

Additionally, various side events and activities for family visitors will be prepared. These include ‘Find the MINI Fairy’ hidden throughout the venue with gifts, ‘Racing with Rudolph’ on the MINI track prepared for young fans, and concerts by singers Crush and Harmonize, promising a warm and abundant year-end experience.
