Jeil Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Jeil Construction) is set to introduce 'Jeil Punggyeongchae Hanam Gam-il' in the Hanam Gam-il District. Jeil Punggyeongchae Hanam Gam-il is supplied as a public-supported private rental housing, allowing for stable residence even amid rapidly rising interest rates. Additionally, it attracts demand with excellent product quality befitting the Jeil Punggyeongchae brand.


Jeil Punggyeongchae Hanam Gam-il, constructed by Jeil Construction, will be located in the Hanam Gam-il District, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of 5 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 30 above-ground floors, offering a total of 866 units with exclusive areas of 69 to 84㎡.


As a public-supported private rental housing, Jeil Punggyeongchae Hanam Gam-il reduces the housing burden for actual users. The rent is about 95% of the surrounding market price, and the increase rate for rental deposits and rent is limited to within 5% annually. Furthermore, contracts can be extended up to 10 years, enabling stable residence. Another advantage is the absence of acquisition and holding tax burdens.


The subscription requirements are not strict. Any Korean national aged 19 or older who does not own a house can apply without using a subscription savings account. There are no restrictions on re-winning, and it is not counted as a house, allowing applicants to accumulate subscription points and lay the foundation for home ownership.


The Hanam Gam-il District is being developed as a mini new town, with many apartments already established, allowing residents to enjoy solid infrastructure immediately upon moving in. Located adjacent to the Gangnam area and with the planned extension of Subway Line 3 to Hanam underway, accessibility to Seoul is expected to improve further.
