From today, very strong winds of 10 to 20 meters per second and very high waves of 2 to 4 meters will occur in the seas around Jeju Island, the southern sea, and the East Sea, and from tomorrow in other seas. Winds will blow strongly from the afternoon, and waves will rise high, so passengers using air or maritime transportation should check navigation information in advance.
The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Due to fallen leaves, roads and sidewalks may be slippery, posing a risk of falls, so please be careful for safety. They added, "From this afternoon to early tomorrow morning, rain accompanied by gusts and thunder and lightning will fall heavily, increasing the possibility of safety accidents. Please pay special attention to safety management and outdoor facility management during outdoor events (such as street cheering)."
