Gyeongbuk Province Hosts Recovered Miners and Families from Bonghwa Mine... Operates Forest Healing Camp Gyeongbuk Province operated a 2-day, 1-night forest healing camp in connection with the National Forest Healing Center, inviting miners who survived the Bonghwa mine and their families.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Gui-yeol] Gyeongbuk Province held a luncheon on the 25th at the provincial office, inviting Bonghwa Gwangsan surviving miners and their families, and operated a 1-night, 2-day forest healing camp in connection with the National Forest Healing Center from the 25th to the 26th.

The camp was attended by surviving miner Park Jeong-ha, the work team leader, and his family (8 members), as well as the family (3 members) of assistant worker Mr. Park.

On the first day, the first part of the program included singing bowl meditation and tea ceremony meditation, providing time to relieve physical tension and stress and to heal comfortably.

After dinner, during the second part of the program, the water healing experience session helped participants focus on recovering physical health by improving cardiopulmonary endurance through various aquatic exercises.

On the second day, participants walked through the forest along the Baekdudaegan ridge, fully experiencing nature with their families, which they usually do not feel, and spent time strengthening their bonds with each other.

They also recharged their healthy energy to the fullest by experiencing healing equipment massages that use water pressure to help relax muscles and relieve fatigue.
