[Asia Economy Reporter Geum Bo-ryeong] Jeong Jin-seok, Emergency Response Committee Chairman of the People Power Party, criticized the Democratic Party of Korea, saying, "Is the Democratic Party a party specializing in stalking the president's wife and black propaganda?"

On the 27th, Chairman Jeong stated on his Facebook, "Thanks to Democratic Party lawmaker Jang Kyung-tae, the Democratic Party has firmly established itself as the first-ever party specializing in stalking the president's wife in constitutional history."

Chairman Jeong said, "Lawmaker Jang is obsessively scrutinizing every move of First Lady Kim Keon-hee and incessantly spreading baseless black propaganda," adding, "Lawmaker Jang started a controversy by calling a photo of First Lady Kim holding a sick child in Cambodia 'poverty porn.'"

He continued, "Lawmaker Jang has not been able to provide evidence for his claim that lighting was installed. When the presidential office explained that 'no lighting was installed,' he countered by demanding to know 'who the First Lady's entourage and the filming team were,'" and criticized, "If this continues, Lawmaker Jang seems ready to even dispatch an arrest squad to Cambodia to secure the Cambodian boy."

Chairman Jeong also said, "The Democratic Party leadership is making remarks that could cause diplomatic disputes," adding, "The Democratic Party's persistence in trying to frame President Yoon Seok-yeol's visits to NATO, the UK, and the UN as a 'diplomatic disaster' is pitiful."
