[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Choi] Naver Cloud has strengthened its smart work solution by integrating Redcap Tour's business trip management system ‘BTMS’ into its enterprise information system ‘Workplace’.
On the 25th, Naver Cloud and Redcap Tour signed a strategic business agreement for system integration. Workplace is a cloud-based enterprise information system that incorporates Naver's expertise in corporate information management, supporting automation of tasks such as approval, HR, attendance, and accounting, as well as overall business operations. Redcap Tour's BTMS is a system that allows users to handle business trip requests, real-time flight and hotel searches, seat assignments, reservations and ticketing, expense processing, and business trip report creation with just a few clicks through a single interface.
With this agreement, employees of companies using Workplace can handle all business trip-related tasks such as flight and hotel ticketing and settlement at once on the existing web and mobile work platforms they use. Companies can perform one-stop processing from reservation to settlement without engaging a separate travel agency, and the solution usage costs can be automatically settled.
Both companies aim to solidify their position as B2B operators in the digital transformation (DX) ecosystem by combining Workplace and BTMS solutions. Starting with the integration of Workplace and BTMS, they plan to continue cooperating to provide an ‘all-in-one business service’ that supports all tasks within a single platform.
