▲ LG Chem = Decided to dispose of 367,529 treasury shares of common stock at 687,000 KRW per share to establish a strategic partnership to strengthen the secondary battery materials business alliance. The total planned disposal amount is 252.49242 billion KRW, and the disposal period is from the 24th of this month to February 23rd of next year.

▲ CJ CheilJedang = Affiliate Schwan's Company decided to guarantee a debt of 135.57 billion KRW owed to MIZUHO BANK, LTD. NEW YORK BRANCH. This amount is 1.25% of equity capital, and the debt guarantee period is until November 23, 2025.

▲ Hyosung = Subsidiary Hyosung Investment & Development signed a real estate lease contract with an individual. The contract amount is 118.8 million KRW, which is 22.51% of recent sales. The contract period is from the 26th of this month to November 25, 2025.

▲ SK Securities = To improve the financial structure of major shareholder MS Mutual Savings Bank, decided to acquire 1.8 million shares of MS Mutual Savings Bank for 18 billion KRW. This is 2.91% of equity capital, and the shareholding ratio after acquisition will be 95.71%.

▲ IS Dongseo = Terminated the construction contract for apartments, officetels, and ancillary facilities with Medical County Regional Housing Association. The termination amount is 200.86152 billion KRW, which is 16.73% of recent sales. IS Dongseo explained, "This is a mutual settlement following the client's contract termination notice."
