[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] Youngmoo Construction announced on the 24th that it will sell units in 'Gunsan Sinyuksekwon Yedaeum,' located at 1019, Naheung-dong, Gunsan-si, Jeonbuk (Gunsan Sinyuksekwon D1 Block).

The complex will consist of 7 buildings, ranging from basement level 1 to 25 floors above ground, with a total of 569 units sized between 84 and 107 square meters. Specialized floor plans include three pantries maximizing storage space, dining rooms with full windows (some types offering ocean views), built-in closets, and dressing rooms designed to add depth to the space.

This is the last general sale unit in the Sinyuksekwon area and is subject to the price ceiling system. The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 5th of next month, followed by first priority on the 6th, second priority on the 7th, and the announcement of winners on the 14th. Move-in is scheduled for October 2025.
