▲Aton=Announced the acquisition of 2.5 million shares of Quarterback Group for 7 billion KRW. The acquisition was made by exercising preemptive rights with the purpose of participating in management.

▲DNA Link=Regarding the evidence preservation lawsuit filed by Lee Yoon-jae and 99 others, the Seoul Western District Court recognized the claim within the scope and ordered the evidence holder to submit documents related to the extraordinary general meeting held on the 7th of last month from the date of delivery of this decision.
