[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Emart24 announced on the 22nd that it has opened an NFT popup store called ‘Emart24 Hwaseong Branch NFT UNIVERSE’ in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and will operate it until the 25th of next month.
This NFT popup store is based on the story that Emart24 Hwaseong Branch manager Wondungi invites NFT friends to enjoy a party. To this end, major domestic NFT projects and platforms such as ‘Wondungi NFT,’ which Emart24 plans to sell, Pubilla, Sunmiya Club, Akiworld, Dosi, and Dadaz participate.
The popup store is set up on the second floor of Emart24 Samcheong-dong branch, selling NFT goods, operating an NFT character photo zone, and planning various ways to enjoy NFTs such as a lucky draw event.
To commemorate the opening of this popup store, Emart24 is also selling five types of Wondungi goods in collaboration with the fashion brand ‘Outdoor Product.’ Items featuring the Wondungi character such as eco bags, socks, beanies, and hoodies are sold, and these products can also be purchased at Outdoor Product stores. This merchandise is the first product sold in collaboration with a fashion brand using the Wondungi intellectual property (IP).
On the 10th, 500 ‘Planet NFTs,’ which grant the qualification to purchase Emart24 Wondungi NFTs, will be given away free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who visit the popup store.
