The consortium led by POSCO Engineering & Construction supplying ‘Dunsan The Sharp Eliph’ in Yongmun-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, attracted 6,511 applicants in the subscription, performing well despite the challenging sales market. The project garnered high interest from buyers due to its prime location representing Daejeon and the excellent quality befitting the ‘The Sharp Eliph’ brand.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription website, as of the 15th, the first-priority subscription for Dunsan The Sharp Eliph received 5,896 applications for 1,123 units (excluding special supply), resulting in an average competition rate of 5.25 to 1. Notably, the 59㎡A type saw 315 applicants for 24 units, achieving the highest competition rate of 13.13 to 1. On the 16th, an additional 615 subscription accounts were received in the second-priority subscription, bringing the overall average competition rate to 5.80 to 1.
A sales official stated, “As a large-scale branded complex supplied in Daejeon’s representative central living area with a pleasant natural environment, it seems to have performed well in the subscription,” adding, “With a differentiated location combined with the ‘The Sharp Eliph’ brand quality, good results are expected in the official contract phase as well.”
The announcement of winners is scheduled for the 23rd, and official contracts will proceed from December 7.
Dunsan The Sharp Eliph is a large complex consisting of 23 buildings ranging from three basement floors to a maximum of 33 floors above ground, totaling 2,763 units. Among these, 1,935 units with exclusive areas of 48 to 84㎡ will be offered for general sale. By exclusive area, the units are composed of ▲48㎡ 79 units ▲59㎡A 56 units ▲59㎡B 41 units ▲72㎡A 109 units ▲72㎡B 35 units ▲84㎡A 998 units ▲84㎡B 375 units ▲84㎡C 125 units ▲84㎡D 117 units, mainly popular small to medium-sized types.
The project’s differentiated product features stand out. The complex is primarily south-facing and arranged in 4Bay flat and tower types, providing excellent lighting and ventilation. Some unit types offer free all-in-one dressing rooms and alpha rooms, maximizing storage efficiency. Spacious kitchen layouts include ‘ㄱ’-shaped kitchens and island tables with ample storage space.
Sports facilities such as a fitness center, Pilates room, golf practice range, and saunas (dry and hot/cold baths), as well as community facilities for study and work including a reading room, book caf?, kids library, and smart work lounge, will be provided in various forms.

Features such as automatic door recognition, elevator auto-call with automatic floor connection, and sterilizing lighting inside elevators will be installed.
The complex boasts excellent transportation accessibility. Located near Yongmun Station on Daejeon Subway Line 1, it is a station-area complex with easy access to Daejeon via Gyeryong-ro and Dosan-ro. Seo Daejeon Station (KTX Honam Line), Daejeon Station (KTX Gyeongbu Line), and Daejeon Intercity Bus Terminal are also nearby.
