[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] BTS member RM (28, Kim Namjoon) presents the last record of his twenties through music.


According to his agency Big Hit Music on the 15th, RM revealed images that give a glimpse of the atmosphere of his solo album titled 'Indigo' on social media from the 12th to the 14th, along with the hashtag of the album title.


RM posted a series of images including a blue-toned picture with the phrase "the last archive of my twenties," a photo of a space with warm analog vibes, and an image of the physical album. He also shared a list of things he likes, such as while taking a walk, showering, driving, coffee breaks, and reading, attracting attention.

The album 'Indigo,' set to be released on the 2nd of next month, is RM's personal work released about four years after his mixtape 'mono.' in October 2018. He previously described the new album as a diary-like record, expected to fully reflect his worries and thoughts. 'Indigo' symbolizes youth with its indigo blue color, often seen in denim jeans.


This album is RM's first official solo album. Big Hit Music introduced it as "planned to showcase a wide range of music through boundaryless collaborations with various artists."


RM has previously collaborated with musicians from various genres. He has presented new music through working on songs with singer Younha, Lee Ian, leader of the band 'Mot' and solo musician, British pop duo HONNE, and K-pop alternative group Baming Tiger.
