Brownstone Interfore, which is attracting attention for its specialized design that allows residents to enjoy the highest level of lifestyle in Dongducheon City with individual indoor golf practice rooms and GX rooms, is approaching the end of its sales period.

Brownstone Interfore, with Korea Land Trust as the project agent and Isu Construction as the builder, has started sales with first-come, first-served unit selection.

Contract qualification requirements have also been relaxed. Buyers can directly select their unit numbers when signing contracts, and full interim payment loans (60% of the sale price) are available.
