[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Shinhan Investment Corp. announced on the 14th that it has revamped its mobile trading system (MTS), Shinhan Alpha.
The focus of this revamp was to create a home screen that reflects customer feedback as much as possible. Even after the home screen renewal carried out in July, customer feedback was collected through various channels and intensively analyzed. Through this, Shinhan Alpha offers a "personalized user experience" that greatly enhances convenience, focusing on personalization, usability improvements, and design sophistication, which were the most requested by customers.
First, the "Assets Tab," where total assets can be checked at a glance, allows users to view asset details by account and investment destination. In particular, users can receive product recommendations suitable for their real-time asset status and even get investment guides tailored to their situation.
Additionally, the "Stocks Tab," which shows investment information for held stocks, provides customized investment information in real time according to the stocks held. Users can also arrange the menu order themselves for convenience, enabling quick and easy access to investment information.
The "Products Tab," which displays products by investment tendency, allows users to check recommended and popular products by investment style. For funds, equity-linked securities (ELS), derivative-linked securities (DLS), and wrap accounts (WRAP), only the popular products with a large number of real-time subscribers are gathered for immediate viewing, and detailed product information and explanations are provided so that even novice investors can easily understand. Especially, if users have questions related to investments, they can receive investment consultations anytime from veteran PBs through the "Digital PB Investment Consultation" service.
Shinhan Investment Corp. plans to continuously upgrade Shinhan Alpha, including a full revamp of the trading process and product-related services in the first half of next year. Various services will be provided, such as a ‘Community’ that strengthens customer participation and communication, 'Domestic and Overseas Stock Analysis' that allows anyone to easily discover stocks by setting desired conditions, and a 'Real-time Issue Service' that quickly delivers major current market issues and held stock information.
