Improvement of Work System and Efficiency in Card Credit Management Department through RPA Implementation

[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] NH Nonghyup Card announced on the 11th that the Card Credit Management Department won first place at the final evaluation of the '1st Robot Process Automation (RPA) Big League' held at the NH Nonghyup Bank headquarters on the 7th.

The evaluation, conducted to strengthen RPA capabilities and promote work automation, comprehensively assessed the effects of work improvement and creativity through RPA. NH Nonghyup Card's Card Credit Management Department was recognized for shortening the physical time of existing processes and improving inefficient work systems caused by excessive workload by automating ▲headquarters approval review manual tasks ▲regular credit evaluation notifications for corporate members at branches ▲monitoring overdue occurrences in approved cases, thereby reducing the fatigue of the staff in charge.
