The Major Crimes Investigation Division of the National Police Agency carried out a search and seizure at the Hook Entertainment headquarters located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, from noon to 5 p.m. on the 10th.

The specific reason has not been disclosed. However, there is speculation that it may be related to the recent breakup announcement following dating rumors between actress Park Min-young, who is signed with the agency, and Mr. K, who has been suspected of being the hidden owner of the virtual asset exchange Bithumb. SBS Entertainment News reported, citing an insider, that "the police are investigating internal management issues."
