"Thank You for Protecting Us" ... Changwon Masan Fire Station Receives 'Thank You Handwritten Letters'

The Masan Fire Station in Changwon, Gyeongnam received a heartfelt handwritten letter from elementary school siblings.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Song Jong-gu] The Masan Fire Station in Changwon, Gyeongnam, received heartfelt handwritten letters from siblings in celebration of the 60th Firefighters' Day.

On the 9th, Kim, a 3rd-grade student from Wolyeong Elementary School Class 3, and Kim, a 7-year-old student from Daeja Kindergarten, visited with their mother and delivered handwritten thank-you letters to the firefighters.

The letters expressed gratitude with messages such as, "Firefighters who save citizens' safety and lives are like superheroes cooler than Iron Man," and "Thank you for protecting us."

Lee Seon-jang, head of the Masan Fire Station, said, "The sincere letters from the children give us strength. To repay their support, we will do our best today as well to protect the safety of the citizens."
