Daejeon Aether Switzen Official Website Opens Subscription for 60 Apartel Units out of Total 198 Households
On the 4th (Friday), KCC Construction opened the model house and officially began sales for ‘Daejeon Aether Switzen.’ Among the total 198 units, 60 apartels will accept subscription applications on the official website starting the 8th (Tuesday). The apartel will announce winners on the 9th and conduct official contracts on the 10th.
The Daejeon Aether Switzen apartel is attracting attention by offering apartels identical to apartments. They are located on the same floor and line as the apartments and share community facilities with them. As a result, visitors to the model house over the weekend carefully inspected the units and were busy consulting.
A sales official stated, “There seems to be a lot of interest because the apartels are supplied exactly like the apartments,” adding, “Since there are fewer subscription restrictions and financial burdens, and the location in Dunsan-dong is excellent, many people want to apply.”
In fact, among the total 198 units of Daejeon Aether Switzen, the apartel types 84㎡OA and 84㎡OB are located on the same floor and line as the apartments supplied together and are similar to the apartment-exclusive 62㎡ and 66㎡ units. Additionally, all units are slab-type with 4 bays, and residents can jointly use the highly functional Switzen community facilities.
Moreover, the apartel requires no subscription deposit, offers interest-free interim payments, and has no resale restrictions, considering the financial situations of real demand buyers in this high-interest era.
Anyone aged 19 or older residing in Korea can apply for the apartel subscription. Unlike apartments, no subscription savings account is required, giving applicants with low scores a chance to win, and immediate resale is possible. Also, new officetel pre-sale rights are excluded from the total housing count, allowing applicants to maintain non-homeowner status when applying for housing subscriptions.
Daejeon Aether Switzen, supplied under the country’s representative residential brand ‘Switzen,’ boasts differentiated product qualities. High-quality finishing materials are used both externally and internally to create a sophisticated atmosphere. Instead of the conventional balcony iron railings, view-type balcony windows (applied to living rooms) will provide maximized openness. A pantry equipped with various storage spaces is also introduced.
Various community facilities that enrich daily life will be established. These include a fitness club for residents’ physical improvement with fitness, GX, and Pilates; a kids caf? where children can enjoy reading and various play activities; and Switzen community and healing spaces where residents can relax in a comfortable atmosphere.
KCC Construction’s high-end specialized design, ‘Switzen7,’ will be applied. The one-pass system enables automatic opening of the main entrance door through facial recognition, automatic elevator calling, and fingerprint recognition for unit door opening. It also features high-definition (4 million pixels) CCTV that is more than twice as clear as general apartments and IoT services controllable via smartphones inside the units. Additionally, advanced indoor purification system Switzen Healthy system, parking spaces 30cm wider than conventional apartments (2.3m), parking guidance system, and eco-friendly energy-saving systems that reduce management costs are introduced as various lifestyle-oriented specialized designs.
Furthermore, Daejeon Aether Switzen is a super-station area located right in front of Yongmun Station on Daejeon Subway Line 1, with abundant convenience facilities and natural environment.
Meanwhile, apartment subscriptions will begin with special supply on November 14, followed by first priority on the 15th and second priority on the 16th. Winners will be announced on the 25th, and official contracts will be conducted over three days from December 6 to 8.
